Mission

Attorneys have long followed the tradition of naming their firms so as to include the last names of their most prominent members. Meanwhile, their clients have generally used “trade names” to identify their businesses.  Recognizing the wisdom of our clients in this matter, the patent law group of Oliver & Grimsley, LLC has elected to use the trade name “Baltimore Patent Law” in its practice. 

The mission of our group continues to be to assist inventors to “Maximize the Returns on their Inventive Endeavors.”
